AUGUST 18: DAY TWO

(Tuesday: Ahangama, Sri Lanka)

Ocean Flow & Renewal

• Morning: Sunrise yoga and meditation by the ocean

• Tropical breakfast with local fruits and Ceylon tea

• Late Morning:Dolphin-watching boat excursion with local marine guides

• Afternoon: Return for a light vegetarian lunch

• Rest or enjoy a spa treatment (Ayurvedic massage or herbal steam)

• Evening: Opening group dinner and reflection

AUGUST 19: DAY THREE

(Wednesday: Ahangama, Sri Lanka)

Cinnamon & Spice

• Morning:Beach yoga or guided breathing practice

• Breakfast infused with local cinnamon and coconut flavors

• Late Morning: Visit a traditional cinnamon farm

• Learn about cultivation, harvest, and oil distillation

• Afternoon: Lunch at the plantation

• Optional stop at a tea or spice estate en route back

• Evening:Sunset walk along Kabalana Beach

• Guided sound bath or gentle meditation

AUGUST 20: DAY FOUR

(Thursday: Ahangama, Sri Lanka)

Culture, History & Healing

• Morning: Sunrise meditation and breakfast

• Midday: Day trip to Galle Fort — explore UNESCO-listed heritage streets, boutiques, art galleries, and cafés

• Lunch within the old fort walls& shopping

• Afternoon: Visit a local temple or Ayurvedic healing center

• Receive a short consultation or traditional herbal therapy

• Evening:Dinner at the villa

• A quiet space for reflection time

AUGUST 21: DAY FIVE

(Friday: Ahangama, Sri Lanka)

• Late Morning to Afternoon: Hands-on Sri Lankan cooking class with a local village chef

• Learn to make hoppers, sambols, coconut curries, and herbal teas
