REFUND POLICY
MAKE YOUR REQUEST IN WRITING
We understand that life happens and plans sometimes need to change. The following conditions shall apply with respect to refunds for cancellations. By making a deposit and confirming your booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and acknowledged by Cocosine Retreats. Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a written cancellation request, subject to the policies of hotels, and other service providers.
We highly recommend that retreat participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellations. This can help protect against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to a need to cancel or change travel plans, as well as unexpected medical emergencies while away from home.
CAPE VERDE RETREAT REFUND POLICY
1) If you cancel 90 days or more before March 15, 2024, you will receive a full refund.
2) If you cancel between 60 and 89 days before March 15, 2024, you will receive a 50% refund."
3) If you cancel between 30 and 59 days before March 15, 2024, you will receive a 25% refund."
4) Regrettably, cancellations made within 30 days of March 15, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, we will work with service providers to secure refunds and minimize cancellation fees where possible.
